The Woodland Trust Green Tree School silver award

We are so pleased to have received the Green Tree School Silver Award from The Woodland Trust.

To coincide with our recent accreditation of the ‘Green Flag’ from Eco-Schools, we have been awarded this by the Woodland Trust for our work with planting new trees and recycling across the school.

St. Botolph’s had achieved the bronze award initially, but through the work carried out by our Eco-committee, Eco-club and the site team, we have successfully achieved the Silver level.

There will be some new initiatives this coming school year for us to work on towards the ‘Gold’ and then the ‘Platinum’ standard as we continue to be Eco-conscious and do our bit for the future.
