At St Botolph’s, we pride ourselves on offering our children quality education within a safe and nurturing environment. We continually strive to improve, giving our children exciting opportunities to broaden their horizons.
The St Botolph’s Curriculum has carefully planned activities and learning which matches our children’s needs, expanding their opportunities and widening their horizons. Learning is carefully connected, interweaving knowledge and skills to make it meaningful, while ensuring that the National Curriculum is followed.
This year, our Year 6 pupils went to Culmington Manor on their school journey.
Culmington Manor is a large estate of outstanding natural beauty in Shropshire. The outdoor adventure centre provided the pupils with the opportunity to take part in a wide range of activities such as kayaking, canoeing, abseiling, bouldering. swimming, archery and rock climbing.
During their stay the group also visited West Midlands Safari Park, where they managed to get close up to many different animals and also had time to spend on the rides!
The children returned home happy but tired after a fantastic week!
