APPLYING FOR A RECEPTION PLACE
The application process for Reception Year Admissions for September 2020 will open on 5 November 2019, with the closing date for applications being Wednesday 15 January 2020. Any late applications must be received by Wednesday 6 May 2020. Please click here for further information and for details of how to apply. National Offer Day is Thursday 16 April 2020.

You will also need to complete a St Botolph’s C of E Primary School Supplementary Form, which includes details of our admission arrangements and oversubscription criteria. This form can be found below and must be completed and RETURNED TO OUR SCHOOL OFFICE by Wednesday 15 January 2020.
If your child is due to start primary school in 2020 you can appeal between Thursday 16 April 2020 and Thursday 14 May 2020. For applications made in the normal admission round, appeals must be heard within 40 school days of the deadline for lodging appeals. For late applications, appeals should be heard within 40 school days from the deadline for lodging appeals where possible, or within 30 school days of the appeals being lodged.
In year admissions
To apply for a place outside of the Reception Admissions you will need to complete an In Year Application Form. This can be downloaded here. This form will need to be completed and returned directly to the school office at St Botolph’s, together with a St Botolph’s Supplementary Form (which can be downloaded from the link below).

Please note, if your child is offered a place at St Botolph’s, you will be required to provide your child’s birth certificate and proof of address.
