Maths Day!
Our children had a fantastic Maths Day, discovering that maths is a life skill beyond the classroom!
They took learning outdoors, estimating how many balls were in a bucket and how long a teacher could plank for. During our Playground Olympics, they measured beanbag throws with metre sticks and timed how fast they could run.
Back in class, they became Data Detectives, carrying out investigations and presenting their results using bar graphs, line graphs, and pie charts.
A fun-filled day showing that maths is everywhere! 📈
