Worldviews Day
As a school, we were proud to take part in Worldviews Day, a special opportunity for pupils to explore big questions about life, meaning and belief. Each class approached their learning through a Worldviews lens, where children encountered a range of religious and non-religious perspectives.
Pupils were encouraged to listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions and critically evaluate different viewpoints, while also reflecting on their own ideas and experiences. Through open discussion and respectful dialogue, children developed a deeper understanding of both themselves and their friends.
Worldviews Day promoted curiosity, empathy and respect, helping pupils to appreciate diversity and understand that people can see the world in many different ways. It was a powerful reminder of the importance of inclusion, understanding and mutual respect within our school community.
