The application process for Reception Year Admissions for September 2019 opened on 5 November 2018, with the closing date for applications being Tuesday 15 January 2019. Any late applications must be received by Monday 13 May 2019. Please click here for further information and for details of how to apply. National Offer Day is Tuesday 16 April 2019.

You will also need to complete a St Botolph’s C of E Primary School Supplementary Form, which includes details of our admission arrangements and oversubscription criteria. This form must be completed and RETURNED TO OUR SCHOOL OFFICE by Tuesday 15 January 2019.

Open Mornings

A further Open Morning has been arranged for Friday 7 December at 10.00am.  This event is only for prospective parents/carers with children due to start school in September 2019.

Viewing will be strictly by prior appointment only.

Appeals Timetable

If your child is due to start primary school in 2019 you can appeal between Tuesday 16 April 2019 and Thursday 21 May 2019. For applications made in the normal admission round, appeals must be heard within 40 school days of the deadline for lodging appeals. For late applications, appeals should be heard within 40 school days from the deadline for lodging appeals where possible, or within 30 school days of the appeals being lodged.

In year admissions

To apply for a place outside of the Reception Admissions you will need to complete an In Year Casual Application Form. This can be downloaded here. This form will need to be completed and returned directly to the school office at St Botolph’s, together with a St Botolph’s Supplementary Form (which can be downloaded from the link below).
