You will also need to complete a St Botolph’s C of E Primary School Supplementary Form, which includes details of our admission arrangements and oversubscription criteria.  This form can be downloaded from the link below and must be completed and returned to our School Office by Monday 15 January 2018.

Please note that if your child is offered a place at St Botolph’s you will be required to provide evidence of their birth certificate and home address.


Appeals Timetable

If your child is due to start primary, infant or junior school in 2018 you can appeal between 16 April and 16 May 2018 to guarantee that your appeal will be heard by 18 July 2018.  For applications made in the normal admission round, appeals must be heard within 40 school days of the deadline for lodging appeals.  For late applications, appeals should be heard within 40 schools days from the deadline for lodging appeals where possible, or within 30 schools days of the appeals being lodged.

In year admissions

To apply for a place outside of the Reception Admissions you will need to complete an In Year Casual Application Form. This can be downloaded here. This form will need to be completed and returned directly to the school office at St Botolph’s, together with a n In Year St Botolph’s Supplementary Form (which can be downloaded from the link below).
